We partnered with Wieden+Kennedy Shanghai to bring gamefulness to life for HP’s booth at China Joy 2019 (Asia’s largest gaming convention). We designed and developed an interactive data visualization experience and WeChat social application, as well as designed the event layout.
Players wore an EEG reader, and using their brain data, we created a music video of the mind out of 60+ videos, data viz, game feeds, and player webcams.

A Lesson I Learned : This was the first event that I produced an event in China, and in addition to that the timeline from kick-off to execution was 6 weeks. The way in which we successfully executed this project was by sticking to the established timeline, having consistent communication with the client in China, and being flexible and quick to problem-solve when executing the event in China. I couldn’t have done this without an incredible team by my side!
