A Lesson I Learned : This was my first experience producing an app and therefore I wasn’t familiar with product design. With great guidance of a strong design team, I quickly learned that it’s imperative to establish a Production Guide that maps out the project progress in each phase. This guide provides transparency client and the development partner throughout the project.
